About Color Profile (ICC Profile)


Downloaded file contains a color profile (ICC Profile). This profile includes all the necessary color information for the monitor. This file is used for color management with the application software which support ICC function.

A specific file including the color characteristic information for the device, settled by ICC (International Color Consortium)

Settings
  1. Download "Monitor Information File" and copy the extracted files into the hard disk drive or the floppy disk.
  2. Click "Start" and select "Control Panel" from "All Programs".
  3. Double click "Display" icon in "Control Panel" and open "Display Properties".
  4. Select "Settings" tab and click "Advanced...".
  5. Select "Color Management" tab and click "Add...".
  6. "Add Profile Association" windows is displayed and specify the directory if the extracted files in the "Look in:" section.
  7. Select a suitable Color Profile from the list then click "Add".
  8. Select a Color Profile from the list in the "Color Profiles currently associated with this device:" and click "Set As Default".
  9. Click "Apply" and click "OK" to close a menu.
